We recently conducted a townhall to update the community of the latest progress on UMA Center. A variety of discussions were conducted around the UMA Center design, Survey, Community engagement, Jummah status etc. A few key updates shared were:
- UMA has successfully renegotiated a favorable easement agreement with Truist Bank. The agreement has been recorded with the Frederick County
- UMA has filed Site Improvement Plan with Frederick Country and expects a favorable outcome in a few months
- UMA intends to break ground pending approval of the Site Improvement Plan.
